The ZMU is a fully monitored interface module which is used to connect a number of current limited conventional detectors to GFE’s control panels via the detection loop.
These detectors are then seen as one address at the addressable control panel. For better integration with the addressable system, this module can be programmed to respond as a ZONE MONITOR, FLAME DETECTOR, BEAM DETECTOR, ASPIRATING, LINEAR HEAT or CALL POINT
